The Art Nest - Summer 2009

We are so excited to have you consider attending the Summer Art Nest with us. The beautiful Utah mountain scenery and fresh air is the perfect place to feed your soul with art, good food, and friends.

Registration will be done on a first come basis in the order we receive each application. We will try to accommodate your first preference for room assignments, however we have a limited number of single beds available. Please plan to hear back from us within 3 days when we will let you know if you will be one of the 18 guests attending the summer Art Nest.

Payment

Price:
Total All Inclusive price for the Summer 2010 Art Nest is $695. The price includes classes, class fees, lodging, all meals, and an Art Nest gift bag. Transportation to and from the airport is not included.

Payment Options:
You may choose to pay the total cost for the retreat up front, or you have the option to pay $345 now and the balance by May 1st. If you choose to pay in two payments, please be aware that any late payment may result in the loss of your reservation at the retreat. You also have the choice to pay online, via credit card, or by mailing us a check.

Cancellation Policy:
There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee before May 15^th, 2010. No refunds will be given after that date.

The Art Nest reserves the right to reschedule the retreat in the event of acts of God, disaster, war, or unforeseen circumstances.

Release:

I agree to assume all risk of personal harm or injury relating to or resulting from my participating in all the classes and activities associated with The Art Nest, and to hold Candice Elton, Julie Collings, and its teachers, harmless as to liability for any such harm or injury.
